I finished my triple changer boxes. Yes I committed the sin of releasing an extra Anime Astrotrain from his prison simply to re-imprison him in a nicer box. Oh well. I made s US style box for white astrotrain also.

Yeah I will re-host it. There are G1 car dimensions in the tutorial I did. Its about 100meg or something so I need to find a new file host, my old one is gone. Here's a pic of the g1 cars I did if you haven't seen it.

just e-mail it to [email protected] and we'll get it squared away in the tutorials section for everyone's easy access. :)  Unless your particular provider doesn't allow a file that large to be sent, then PM me, I can get you another way, but I'm not posting what or how publicly.

Great work again Blue Meanie! Really love the repro G1 boxes! I need to start doing some boxes myself again. But I have so little time lately.

Alrighty everyone, here is the tutorial, I think its working, 52 meg download.

    http://www.filesavr.com/tutorial

For the life of me I haven't been able to find the template. I checked all 3 external hard drives and I didn't find it. No big deal, I can make another and post it. I'll try to get that done by the middle of next week. A bunch of people asked if I could do custom boxes for them, but I can't really do anything anytime soon because I have a huge list of things i am getting done already. I also have to spend some time doing some cleanup for Botch's archive and finally get my car running. I did tell some people I would do a box design for them. I will get to those as soon as I get the opportunity.

Thanks, man. I got the file. I'll work to get it to where people who don't want to download the whole thing'll be able to view it in the tutorials section soon as I am able. :)  Thanks so much for making this thing, I know first-hand how much work it is to make a really good, easy-to-understand tutorial!

your boxes are just awesome man! i saw your tutorial when you put it out a while back and although the process itself seems simplistic, i know it's a lot of effort. how do you get your plastic bubbles? i know theres a site that sells them, but do you make your own as well?

Thanks! I get the bubbles from Bubbleformers.com. They are excellent quality bubbles, I am going to be sending as many bubbles to him that he's missing as I can to try and set up a complete bubble set for the community. I need to make a post to see of people would volunteer and lend him what he's missing. I sent him my Roadbuster bubble and he sent me the duplicates and my original back completely intact. There is a small chance they could be damaged making the new ones but I don't really care as long as I get the good copies back. It would be a cool thing for anyone who wants a G1 bubble could just go to his site and get whats missing. I am trying to get the rest of the Targetmasters and Headmasters for him now so I can finish my boxes for those. If ever I could make the boxes cost effective and not piss off Hasbro in the process I might start making them. They are too expensive for most people right now.

Photoshop mostly, the grid is done in illustrator. The headmaster/targetmaster era boxes are almost all done in illustrator because they are basically a bunch of different color squares.
