Ok so I was trying to find the shipping cost for something I was going to buy when I guess I accidently purchased it instead. :lol

The thing is I'm a brand new customer and I havn't recieved my account password or anything. Is there any way to cancel this order before it ships or does it not ship until I pay? Apparently I had the money order/PayPal option selected so I guess I should be ok.

Just freakin out a bit here because Amazon usualy has a screen that tells the combined total of the order and HLJ really didn't unless I missed it.

    Thanks in advance for info.

I did send an email responding to the one I got that stated my order was to be processed tomorrow (Sep. 15th). [email protected] I believe was the email address.

HLJ's order system is weird. One time I got an invoice for some items before I could change my order. I e-mailed them and told them I just wanted the one and they took care of it in 1 business day. So while their ordering system SUCKS, their customer service is excellent.

    Thats good to know.

Is it possible to cancel an order through a user control panel like in Amazon or do I need to contact them? If I don't recieve an email by tomorrow I guess I should just give them a ring.

Not necessarily. If the order gets processed you have to e-mail them to cancel. They don't have a simple check-out system like Amazon, they process it first.

Agh, ok thanks for all the info guys. Once my account is activated I'll be emailing them with the order number and all that crap.

The good news is, as I stated, I havn't actualy paid for any merchindise yet. The Money Order/PayPal option should mean that the item is still held until payment. That is of course assuming they do it the normal way. :lol

Sorry for the double post but I just wanted to thank everyone again for all the info. My account was activated today and I was able to cancel the item through a user interface instead of emailing or calling directly.

I'll know be much more careful should I order from HLJ.com :lol
